Request deletion

Email info@tasknivo.in with the subject "Tasknivo data deletion request". Include your account email, firm name and the data or account you want removed. Do not send passwords or API keys.

Firm-managed records

Contact your firm administrator first for client documents, tasks, attendance and billing records. We may require firm authorisation before removing these records.

Meta and WhatsApp integration data

Identify the firm and connected phone number when requesting removal of a Meta or WhatsApp connection. Specify whether you want integration data, notification contact data or your account deleted. Sending STOP stops automated messages but does not delete account records.

Verification and retention

We verify identity and authority, review the scope and confirm the outcome through your account contact details. Requests do not immediately delete data. Financial, audit or security records may need to remain for applicable obligations or disputes. Backups may remain until their normal expiry. Relevant limitations will be explained in our response.
