Information and use

Tasknivo processes account details, firm and client records, documents, tasks, attendance, leave, billing records and enquiries to provide the service, manage access, support users and deliver notifications.

Connected services

Configured integrations may send relevant information to email providers, Meta WhatsApp, Razorpay and OpenAI. AI answers use permitted records. The automatic daily briefing does not call AI. Third parties operate under their own policies.

Access and retention

Firms manage their users and records. Access is restricted by firm membership and permissions. Some integration credentials are encrypted. Records may remain for account operation, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Backups may remain until expiry.

Your requests

Contact your firm to correct firm-managed records. Email info@tasknivo.in for privacy or deletion requests. Identity and authority may need verification. Send STOP to the firm WhatsApp number to stop automated messages.
